I guide burnt out professionals to create a sustainable work-life integration by prioritizing their needs and values. With 15+ years of mental health experience as a clinical therapist and certified coach, I help you clarify what's important, navigate decisions, manage stress and burnout, and create a life where you feel in control of your time and energy. You know yourself best; my job is to be a collaborative thought partner in your discovery process to help you create attainable goals, and learn how to put yourself first, so you feel more passionate and aligned in your life and career.

I know what it’s like to love what you do-but not know how to keep going with all that life demands. After experiencing burnout during my career as a therapist, I dove into training myself and my colleagues in self-care and burnout management techniques. I have a deep passion for helping others and love teaching professionals how to take care of themselves so they can show up in the world in a sustainable way. My coaching approach is informed by my undergraduate degree in Psychology, Master's Degree in Counseling, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist clinical experience, and instructing employees on efficiency and self-care to help professionals increase their enjoyment of their careers.

Following your pace, I will warmly support you to discover solutions and a clarity that brings you to a new level of well-being. I use a down-to-earth, conversational, and non-judgmental approach sprinkled with humor to encourage you, offer new perspectives and tools, and help you have some joy and fun on your way to your goals.

I can’t wait to celebrate your successes with you!
